ABOUT CAMERON
Personal Profile
Cameron Elenburg attended California State University, San Bernardino and earned his Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing. He found his scholastic stride during his time at CSUSB, not only making the Dean's List every quarter but also graduating with department honors, and being invited to join the prestigious Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honors Society.

During his time at CSUSB Cameron held a steady job and internship with the worlds largest youth sports organization, while receiving permission to overload on allowed classes all while maintaining a 3.65 GPA and graduating at the top of his class.

What I’ve Done

TEAM LEADER, TARGET
2008 - 2016
During his junior year in high school, Cameron started his first job at the retail behemoth know as Target. He continued moving up the ranks. Moving from cashier to sales floor, up to team trainer, then backroom and finally became a team lead (the highest role you can hold without a degree). He continued working at the store all the way up until the day he graduated from college. He set a personal goal to work and pay his way through school and with that goal met it was time to start something new. During his time at Target, he made lifelong friends and gained invaluable experience.

Some of his duties as Team Lead include
​
Project Management such as store remodels, setting up volunteer events, and special in-store releases and events.
Courteously assist guests and efficiently process transactions within busy, fast-paced retail environments.
Managed backroom schedules to ensure all tasks are completed within the required time frame.
Managed teams of 2-20 team members.
Increased overall scores while processing freight in stockroom to maintain accuracy within the system and keep sales floor filled for Guest satisfaction while making sure all backroom scores are kept above company standards.
Displayed and advertised merchandise in an aesthetic and organized manner to capture the attention of guests.
Achieved backroom scores constantly 7% above company standards and above all other stores in the district. Which consisted of accuracy of daily audits, hourly deadlines of pulling all items for the floor, and partnering with vendors to assure all areas are filled and items are in stock.

MARKETING INTERN, WEST REGIONAL LITTLE LEAGUE
2016-2017
During his time at Little League Cameron was tasked with helping put on Softball and Challenger tournaments and increasing overall attendance and both. He did so by;

Identifying and reaching out to local vendors to build long-lasting relationships. This led to an 18% increase in overall attendee’s satisfaction.
Developing and implementing creative ways to increase Little League’s sponsor’s involvement.
Securing local media for advertising and coverage of the upcoming Challenger and Softball Tournaments. including
partnering with San Bernardino’s parks and recreation department. This led to all park owned electronic sign displaying dates and times for upcoming Little League events.
Briefed and secured a:15 TV spot on local television.

SHIFT SUPERVISOR, UPS
2016 - 2018
​Camerons Next stop in life was UPS Freight. He wanted to lead a large team and gain more leadership experience. Oversee to ensure the quick and efficient loading and unloading of outgoing freight in a safe manner.
Provide Assistants to Managers as needed. Due to corporate offices being in the same building he often partnered and shared ideas with people from the corporate side of the company.

2010 - 2014
Cameron received his AA from Chaffey College. He experienced the pain of a community college with all peers. It was near impossible to get classes and with that, a two-year degree turned into a four-year degree. He stuck with it, received excellent marks, and prevailed over the dreaded jam-packed community college.
BACHELORS OF ART IN ADMINISTRATION WITH A CONCENTRATION IN MARKETINGÂ , CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY, SAN BERNARDINO
2016 - 2016
Cameron transferred to a College known for its business classes. He wasn't one hundred percent sure what he wanted to do with his future but he did know that a business degree could take him to just about any field he wanted, once he figured out what that was of course.
